Payment terms 30 days net.  My services are provided with reasonable care and skill and based on information you have provided to me and my own research of information sources in the public domain. 

 

I am not a lawyer and I do not provide legal advice nor do I promise that if you act on any information I share with you that it will meet your requirements or lead to a particular result. 

 

My liability to you is limited to what you paid me for the services.  Your payment for my services is your acceptance of them.
